To make a purchase or a booking you need to be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment method. If you are under the age of 18 you will need your parents’ or guardians approval before making the purchase. We will charge your payment for an item when the item is shipped or confirmed available at the store. If you have placed a booking, we will charge you immediately after the booking is made. When you have made your purchase or placed your booking you will receive a confirmation by e-mail you have used in your purchase or booking.
If you wish to return an item you have purchased you will be eligible to do so and have the full amount refunded given that you within 14 days of purchase communicate your intend to return an item by sending an e-mail to info@astralisnexus.gg with the receipt of the purchase attached. Once you have communicated your intend to return the item you will have the full amount returned to your selected payment method once you have returned the item to Astralis Nexus following the instructions sent to you by e-mail.
If you wish to cancel a booking made for a computer, VIP room, Auditorium, or event you will be eligible to do so and have the amount refunded to your Astralis Nexus account, given that you at least 7 days prior to the time of the booking communicate your intend to cancel your booking by sending an e-mail to info@astralisnexus.gg with the receipt of the booking attached. Once you have communicated your intend to cancel the booking you will have the amount returned to your Astralis Nexus account, and the amount can be used at a later time at other bookings in Astralis Nexus.
We retain the right to cancel an order or booking if one of the following situations occurs:
